We are a growing specialist orthopaedic practice in Canterbury, bringing together orthopaedic specialists, advanced nursing practice and an exceptional support team with a shared purpose: to provide outstanding care while treating every person with kindness, dignity and respect.
But what makes STRIDE particularly special to us is our culture.
We have been fortunate to build a team of talented people who genuinely enjoy working together. We support one another, work hard, laugh together and step in when someone needs help. There is very little hierarchy and a strong sense that everyone has an important part to play.

Our administration team shapes the experience of our patients from their very first interaction with us. We look for people who are organised and capable, but equally importantly, warm, proactive and genuinely interested in helping people.
